Inevitable City (Peaceful) A fortress-city of impossible design, the Inevitable City sits as the testament to the warped reality of Chaos. From unreal temples to bloody arenas, every area of the city is a living tribute to the Ruinous Powers. Yet even within the Inevitable City the Dark Gods vie for control, and although the Great Changer's champion, Tchar'zanek, holds power, several corners of the city remain loyal to other gods.
