As befitting such a scholarly realm, Saphery is home to the White Tower of Hoeth, where the world's greatest concentration of knowledge is held. Inside the great tower the greatest Archmages of day study to perfect their art. Beside them train the fabled Swordmasters, warriors who spend centuries honing their martial skills. Many Phoenix Kings have been chosen from the accomplished Elves of Saphery, and such prowess with both sword and sorcery is rarely regretted.
