Archetype Tactics and Morale

Tank Tactics
Focused Offense You deal X% more X DAMAGE, and all enemy monsters will hate you X% less than normal, but you take X% more X DAMAGE any time you're hit.
Weapon Mastery Increases your Weapon Skill by +1 per level.
Sturdy Defender The X DAMAGE dealt to you caused by Guarding an ally is reduced by 25%.
Rugged Increases Toughness by X.
Menace Enemy monsters will hate you X% more than normal on all attacks.
Unstoppable Juggernaut Juggernaught's cooldown is reduced to 20 seconds.
Going For Broke You deal 5% more X DAMAGE, but your Toughness and Armor are reduced.
Cheap Kick Any time an enemy parries your attacks, you will strike them for low X DAMAGE which they can not prevent. Requires a Greatweapon.
Shield Spikes Each time you block an enemy's attack, low X DAMAGE is dealt back to them.
Melee DPS Tactics
Brute Force Increases your Strength by X.
Weapon Expertise Increases your Weapon Skill by +1 per level.
Flanking All of your attacks deal X% more X DAMAGE when you strike an enemy from the sides or rear.
Invigoration You will regain a small portion of your hit points every 5 seconds while you are in-combat.
Pay No Mind All of your attacks will cause your enemy to hate you 5% less than normal. This has no effect on enemy players.
Jagged Edge Any time you critically hit an enemy they will begin to bleed, suffering additional X DAMAGE over X SECONDS.
Toughen Up! Your Toughness and Armor are increased, but you deal 5% less X DAMAGE.
Riposte Each time you parry an enemy's attack, you will strike them back for X DAMAGE which they can not prevent.
Dirty Trick Any time an enemy blocks your attacks, you will strike them for low X DAMAGE which they can not prevent.
Ranged DPS Tactics - Bow
Steady Aim Increases your Ballistic Skill by X
Swift Reflexes Increases your Initiative by X per level.
Expert Skirmisher You deal X% more X DAMAGE when you are within 45 feet of your target, but X% less X DAMAGE when you are further than 45 feet away from them.
Quick Reload You will regain X ACTIONPOINTS every second.
Keep Your Distance All of your attacks will cause your enemy to hate you 5% less than normal. This has no effect on enemy players.
Thigh Shot Any time you critically hit an enemy they will become snared, reducing their run speed by X% for X SECONDS.
I'll Take You On! You deal 5% more melee X DAMAGE, but 5% less ranged X DAMAGE.
Clever Recovery If an enemy dodges any of your attacks, you will regain X ACTIONPOINTS.This effect will not trigger more than once every 3 seconds.
Pierce Defenses If an enemy blocks, dodges, or parries any of your attacks, their chances to block, dodge, and parry will be reduced by X% for X SECONDS.
Ranged DPS Tactics - Magic
Endless Knowledge Increases your Intelligence by X.
Swiftness Increases your Initiative by +1 per level.
I Stand Alone All of your attacks deal 5% more X DAMAGE if you have no other allies within 40 feet.
Tap The Winds You will regain 5 action points every second.
Sleight Of Hand Enemy monsters will hate you X% less than normal.
Devour Energy Whenever one of your spells hits an enemy, you have a 25% chance to regain X ACTIONPOINTS. This effect can not occur more than once every X SECONDS.
Close Quarters Your magical attacks will deal X% more X DAMAGE if the target is within 45 feet, but X% less X DAMAGE if they are further away.
Recover Power Any time an enemy disrupts your attacks, you will regain 50 action points.
Forceful Conduit If an enemy blocks any of your attacks, their chances to block and disrupt will be reduced by 10% for 5 seconds.
Healer Tactics
Infinite Knowledge Increases your Intelligence by +1 per level.
Divine Fury You deal X% more X DAMAGE, but all of your healing becomes X% less effective.
Infusion Of Power You will regain 5 action points every second.
Subtlety All of your heals will cause enemy monsters to hate you 25% less than normal.
Restorative Burst Any time one of your direct healing effects critically heals an ally, you will regain X ACTIONPOINTS over X SECONDS.
Aggressive Focus You deal 5% more X DAMAGE, but all of your heals are 5% less effective.
Reabsorption Any time an enemy disrupts your attacks, you will regain 50 action points.
Discipline Increases your Willpower by X.
Tank Morale
Demolishing Strike A powerful melee attack that reduces armor by X and deals X DAMAGE over X SECONDS
Raze Repeatedly attack all enemies in front of you, inflicting X DAMAGE every second for 3 seconds, up to X FEET away.
Grapple Both you and your target are held tightly in place for 10 seconds, and neither one of you can move. This effect can not be dispelled or broken.
Revenge For the next 10 seconds, you'll instantly strike back at anyone who attacks you from the front.
Distracting Bellow A loud shout that startles your target and all enemies within X FEET of them, reducing their X DAMAGE by X% for X SECONDS.
Shield Wall Increases your chance to block by 100% for 10 seconds.
On Your Feet Removes all knockdowns from your group, and you will all ignore knockdowns and knockbacks for the next 15 seconds.
Immaculate Defense An impressive display of defense which reduces incoming X DAMAGE by X% for both you and all group members within X FEET of you for X SECONDS.
Melee DPS Morale
Sever Nerve A directed strike that inflicts X DAMAGE to your target.
Force Of Will You stare down your opponent, draining X of their Action Points into yourself, and reducing their strength by X for X SECONDS.
Broad Swings All of your attacks for the next 10 seconds will strike up to 2 additional enemies near your target.
Frenzied Slaughter All of your abilities will cost 25% fewer action points, cool down 50% faster, and deal 20% more X DAMAGE for 7 seconds.
Confusing Movements Concentrating on your perceived movements, you will be able to Dodge and Parry all attacks against you for X SECONDS.
Concussion Deals high X DAMAGE to your target, and greatly reduces their Strength and Weapon Skill for 30 seconds.
Relentless Assault A prolonged ferver that grants X ACTIONPOINTS a second to everyone in your group for X SECONDS.
Flashing Blades Increases your group's chances to parry and dodge attacks by 50% for 10 seconds.
Ranged DPS Morale - Bow
Point-Blank A mid-range attack that deals X DAMAGE and knocks targeted player away. Monsters will be knocked down.
Unshakable Focus A cold unyielding focus increases your X DAMAGE by 100% for X SECONDS.
Explosive Shots All of your ranged attacks will explode for the next 10 seconds, dealing X DAMAGE to all enemies within 30 feet of your target.This effect will not trigger more than once every second.
Hail Of Doom You focus on a spot on the ground for up to 5 seconds, constantly shooting at all enemies within X FEET of that area for X DAMAGE.
Concealment With luck and experience you are able to both Dodge and Disrupt all attacks against you for 7 seconds.
Focused Mind For the next 10 seconds, you will remove and ignore any silencing, disarming, rooting, snaring effects and your abilities will build 50% faster and may not be set back.
Get Down! Everyone in your group is surrounded by a protective shield, which will absorb a large amount of X DAMAGE from ranged abilities.
Blinding Speed Your chances to dodge, parry, and disrupt attacks is increased by 100% for 10 seconds.
Ranged DPS Morale - Magic
Siphon Power Steals up to 200 action points from your target and gives it to you, and reduces your target's Intelligence by X for 30 seconds.
Mage Bolt A focused blast that deals X DAMAGE.
Scintillating Energy Deals X DAMAGE to your target, and stuns them for 7 seconds.
Unleash The Winds Deals X DAMAGE to all enemies within 30 feet, and knocks them away from you.
Misdirection A strong counter aura will redirect half of any incoming Magic X DAMAGE back to to it's caster which also reduces the amount of X DAMAGE you take.
Focused Mind For the next 10 seconds, you will remove and ignore any silencing, disarming, rooting, snaring effects and your abilities will build 50% faster and may not be set back.
Shimmering Cloak Everyone in your group is surrounded by a protective shield, which will absorb a large amount of X DAMAGE from magical abilities.
Warp Mind Reduces the Intelligence and Willpower of all enemies within 30 feet for 10 seconds. Anyone afflicted by this effect will regain action points 50% more slowly.
Healer Morale
Steal Life Your target suffers X DAMAGE over 9 seconds, and you are healed for a half of the X DAMAGE dealt.
Doom And Darkness For the next 7 seconds, your target regains action points 50% more slowly, and their normal morale gain will stop.
Rampaging Siphon Deals X DAMAGE to all enemies within 30 feet, and heals your entire group for the full amount of the X DAMAGE dealt.
Wind Of Death All enemies within 30 feet suffer very high X DAMAGE over 9 seconds. Anyone afflicted by this effect will have all of their stats (except Wounds) reduced.
Divine Favor A strong heal that will restore X health to your target.
Focused Mind For the next 10 seconds, you will remove and ignore any silencing, disarming, rooting, snaring effects and your abilities will build 50% faster and may not be set back.
Divine Protection Everyone in your group is surrounded by a protective shield, which will absorb a large amount of X DAMAGE from melee abilities.
Alter Fate Resurrects all groupmates within 30 feet. Anyone who is brought back from the dead will also be healed for X over X SECONDS.
