| Flay | You flay your target for X DAMAGE. If target is Crippled, they are further Crippled as they become snared, reducing their run speed by X% for X SECONDS. |
| Soul Infusion | Your target is gradually infused with X HEALTH over X SECONDS. |
| Lacerate | A gory strike that Cripples your enemy, dealing X DAMAGE over X SECONDS and reducing their Toughness by X. |
| Cleave Soul | A potent attack which deals X DAMAGE to your enemy. |
| Consume Essence | A quick strike which deals X DAMAGE. Khaine's approval of your actions causes your defensive target and all allies within X FEET to become healed for 50% of the X DAMAGE that you dealt. |
| Rend Soul | You repeatedly assault an enemy, shredding their soul energy and twisting it to your own purposes. You strike the target up to four times over X SECONDS, dealing X DAMAGE per hit. Each hit heals your defensive target for 250% of the X DAMAGE that was dealt.This effect will end if you break your concentration, or run out of Soul Essence. |
| Terrifying Vision | Your enemy is distracted by malevolent spirits, making them hate you less and causing them to deal X% less X DAMAGE against you for X SECONDS. You will stop attacking when you use this ability, and the effect will fade if you attack someone that you have detaunted. |
| Patch Wounds | Removes 1 Hex effect from a friendly target. |
| Khaine's Embrace | All of your groupmates regain HEALTH. |
| Stand, Coward! | Life is restored to a dead ally, and 20% of their health is recovered in the hopes they will prove less worthless to you in the future. |
| Covenant of Celerity | Your entire group gains a 20% chance to Cripple anyone that they X DAMAGE, dealing X SPIRIT DAMAGE over X SECONDS and reducing the victim's run speed by X%. |
| Consume Strength | A Crippling attack which deals X DAMAGE and reduces your enemy's Strength by X for X SECONDS. Your defensive target's Strength is increased by X. |
| Blood Offering | For the next X SECONDS, you will convert X ACTIONPOINTS into X Soul Essence every second. If you run out of action points or break your concentration, this effect will end. |
| Transfer Essence | An unholy attack which deals X DAMAGE to your target and spills out a portion of their soul, healing any of your groupmates within 30 feet for 50% of the X DAMAGE that you dealt. This effect will not heal you. |
| Covenant of Tenacity | A pact with Khaine that increases your entire group's armor by X. |
| Uncaring Dismissal | A great energy washes over all targets in front of you, blowing back all enemy players within 30 feet and knocking down monsters. |
| Consume Thought | An overwhelming attack which deals X DAMAGE to your enemy and silences them for X SECONDS, making them unable to use magic. |
| Essence Lash | You lash out at all opponents in front of you up to X FEET away, dealing X DAMAGE. |
| Covenant of Vitality | Any time someone in your group X DAMAGEs an enemy, they have a 20% chance to deal an additional X SPIRIT DAMAGE to their victim, and heal themselves for an equal amount. |
| Fist Of Khaine | You call forth the wrath of Khaine, dealing SPIRIT X DAMAGE to your target. |
| Consume Enchantment | A shattering strike which deals X DAMAGE to your enemy and removes one Enchantment from them. |

| Khaine's Vigor | Your entire group gradually regains X HEALTH over X SECONDS. |
| Soul Shielding | Everyone in your group becomes surrounded by a magical barrier for X SECONDS, which will absorb up to X DAMAGE for each person. |
| Fell Sacrifice | Cripples all targets within X FEET of you for X DAMAGE over X SECONDS. |
| Wracking Agony | A merciless attack which deals X DAMAGE to your enemy, or X DAMAGE if they are below 50% hit points. |
| Warding Strike | A cunning strike which deals X DAMAGE to your enemy and reduces their chance to parry by X% for X SECONDS. |
| Devour Essence | You surround an ally with a devouring aura for up to X SECONDS. Each second, your ally will deal X SPIRIT DAMAGE to up to 4 enemies within X FEET of them, and become healed for 50% of all the X DAMAGE done. You will lose X Soul Essence each second, and this effect will end if you run out of Soul Essence to power it with. |
| Khaine's Refreshment | You throw yourself open to Khaine's influence as power rushes through you for up to X SECONDS. Each second, all allies within X FEET of you will regain X HEALTH, and you will lose X Soul Essence. This effect will end if you lose your concentration, or run out of Soul Essence to power it with. |
| Sanguinary Extension | A slice aimed at fresh wounds which deals X DAMAGE. If the enemy was Crippled, then they are further Crippled and take an additional X DAMAGE over X SECONDS. |
| Pillage Essence | A strike into your target's soul which deals X DAMAGE and causes them to lose X ACTIONPOINTS. You will gain additional Soul Essence for most of the action points that the enemy lost. |
| Disciple Tactics |
| Khaine's Imbuement | Any time you hit an enemy, there is a 25% chance that they will suffer an additional X DAMAGE over X SECONDS. |
| Bound by Blood | Whenever you heal an ally, there is a 25% chance that you will also be healed for 25% of the same amount. |
| Murderous Intent | Increases your chance to critically hit by X% and your chance to parry by X%, but reduces the effectiveness of your healing abilities by X%. |
| Fueled Actions | When you use Restore Essence or Soul Infusion, there is a 25% chance that your next attack will not cost any action points. |
| Khaine's Blessing | Any time you critically hit an enemy, your autoattack speed is increased byX% for X SECONDS. |
| Transferred Focus | Any time you critically hit an enemy, your defensive target will becomeX% more receptive to healing effects for X SECONDS. |
| Potent Covenants | Increases the chance for your Covenants to trigger by an additional 15%. |
| Siphoned Consumption | If Consume Enchantment successfully removes an effect from your enemy, your defensive target will gain X HEALTH. |
| Disciple Specialist Tactics |
| Khaine's Bounty | Any time you critically heal an ally, you will become surrounded by a protective barrier for up to X SECONDS which will absorb up to X DAMAGE. |
| Restored Motivation | Restore Essence will also grant X points of Morale to your ally. |
| Persistent Rending | Reduces the chance that you will be set back while casting Rend Soul by X%. |
| Bloodthirst | Covenant Of Celerity will now reduce the victim's movement speed by X% and will deal X DAMAGE. |
| Horrifying Offering | Consume Strength will now also cause the victim to lose X ACTIONPOINTS. |
| Empowered Transfer | Consume Essence now heals for 150% of the X DAMAGE it deals, and Transfer Essence now heals for 100% of the X DAMAGE it deals. |
| Bleed Out | Increases Lacerate, Sanguinary Extension, and Fell Sacrifice's durations by an additional 6 seconds. |
| Curse Of Khaine | Any time you critically hit an enemy, all healing used on them for the next X SECONDS will becomeX% less effective. |
| Gift of Khaine | Any time you critically hit an enemy with an ability from the Path Of Sacrifice, your defensive target will regain X ACTIONPOINTS. You may not grant action points to yourself with this effect. Tactic can not trigger more than once every 3 seconds. |
| Disciple Morale |
| Life's End | For 10 seconds, you allow your group (instead of yourself) to feast on the life essence of your victims, healing everyone for 50% of the melee X DAMAGE you deal. |
| Universal Confusion | Raw power erupts in a X FEET area around you, inflicting X DAMAGE and stunning all enemies, preventing them from taking any actions for 5 seconds. |
| Khaine's Withdrawal | Removes all Cripples, Ailments, Curses, and Hexes from your group. |
| Disciple Specialist Morale |
| Thousand and One Dark Blessings | For 30 seconds your entire groups Armor is increased by X, Block, Parry, Dodge and Disrupt by X, and all Resists by X. |
| Vision of Torment | Victim is overcome with seemingly endless visions of their own grisly death. So real are the visions, that the victim suffers X DAMAGE over X SECONDS and will lose X morale for every second of agony. Target is also stunned for X SECONDS. |
| Chant of Pain | Concentrating for up to 4 seconds on the Word of Pain, you deal X every second to all enemies in a X FEET area around you. Reveling in their agony, you are healed for all X DAMAGE inflicted by the Word of Pain. |
