PQ Lore: The Blight-Favored Cult developed in the towns of the Empire in Black Fire pass despite the Sigmarites' best attempts to stamp it out. As disease took hold and it became apparent that many villagers were turning to worship of the dark gods, the cultists fled rather than face the wrath of the Warrior Priests. When they reached the hills, they fell in with the Blighted Herd beastmen and have since plagued the area of Black Fire Pass.
